PHASE 8

January 8, 2025 - March 18, 2025

South Kalaheo Avenue fronting Kalapawai Market will be closed in the Kaneohe bound direction. Those exiting Lanikai will have to detour through Kailua Beach Park parking lot in reverse direction similar to Phase 1 back in January 2023.

Parking in Lanikai will be restricted from January 11, 2025 from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. daily for the duration of Phase 8.
