Intermittent contraflow of Kailua Road maukabound direction during working hours (M-F 8:30 am to 3:45pm).

August 5, 2025 - October 6, 2025

Both directions of Kailua Road between Aumoe Road and S. Kalaheo Avenue will be closed during working hours ( 7 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. M-F) and the Makai bound lane will remain closed 24/7.  Traffic will be detoured onto Kuulei Road.

September 8, 2025 - September 10, 2025

24/7 Kailua Road closure in both directions between fronting Kailua Beach Center for concrete curing. Please follow all detour signage.
