Both directions of Kailua Road between Aumoe Road and S. Kalaheo Avenue will be closed during working hours ( 7 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. M-Sat) and the Makai bound lane will remain closed 24/7.  Traffic will be detoured onto Kuulei Road.
