24/7 Northbound Kailua Road lane closure between S. Kainalu Drive and S. Kalaheo Avenue.  Lanikai bound traffic detoured on Kuulei Road. Two-way traffic fronting Kalapawai Market. No left turns allowed at the intersection of Kailua Road and S. Kalaheo Avenue except for emergency vehicles.
