November 2022 - January 2023
Eastbound lane closure at roundabout on S. Kalaheo Avenue towards Lanikai. Traffic will be contra-flowed during working hours 8:30 am -3:30 pm Mon. - Fri in Phase 1A. Phase 1B involves a 24/7 detour utilizing Kailua Beach Park's parking lot.
January 2023 - September 2023
Eastbound lane closure at roundabout on Kailua Road and S. Kalaheo Avenue towards Lanikai. A 24/7 detour will utilize Kuulei Road and two-way traffic fronting Kalapawai Market will be allowed.

Both directions of Kailua Road will be closed between Aumoe Road and S. Kalaheo Avenue during working hours. The 24/7 Northbound lane closure on Kailua Road between Aumoe Road and S. Kalaheo Avenue towards Lanikai. Traffic will be detoured on Kuulei Road.

Northbound lane closure on Kailua Road between Aumoe Road and S. Kalaheo Avenue towards Lanikai. Traffic will be detoured on Kuulei Road.

Southbound (mauka bound) lane closure on Kailua Road between Aumoe Road and Kailua Beach Center (mauka driveway) towards Kailua Town. Kailua town bound traffic will be detoured on Kuulei Road.

August 2024 - December 2024 (Concurrent with Phase 7)
Southbound (mauka bound) lane closure on Kailua Road between S. Kalaheo Ave and Kailua Beach Center (makai driveway). Lanikai bound traffic from N. Kalaheo Ave detoured mauka on Kuulei Rd. , S. Kainalu Dr., and makai bound on Kailua Rd. Kailua town bound traffic detoured onto Kuulei Rd.

Westbound lane closure at roundabout fronting Kalapawai Market on S. Kalaheo Ave towards Kaneohe.

Westbound lane closure at roundabout opposite Kalapawai Market on S. Kalaheo Avenue towards Kaneohe.

Westbound lane closure at roundabout on S. Kalaheo Avenue towards Kaneohe. Outbound Lanikai traffic will be detoured through Kailua Beach Park parking lot.

24/7 closure in both directions of S. Kalaheo Avenue between Kuukama Street and Kailua Road. Traffic will be detoured onto Kuulei Road.
